What warranty comes with the battery?
Our standard limited warranty is 2 years. Warranty claims have a $100 deductible to help cover labor.
Can I get a longer warranty?
Yes. You can pay an additional $100 to upgrade to a 3-year limited warranty. With the upgraded warranty, the deductible is reduced to $50 per claim to help cover labor.
What does the warranty deductible cover?
The deductible helps cover the labor involved in removing, servicing, and reinstalling the battery during a warranty claim.

What kind of modules are used in your reconditioned batteries?
All of our reconditioned batteries use original OEM Toyota modules. These are not cheap aftermarket replacement modules.
What capacity are the modules tested to?
Each module used in our reconditioned batteries has a minimum tested capacity of 5000 mAh.
Are the batteries tested before being sold?
Yes. Every battery is road tested for at least 30 miles before being sold to help confirm proper performance under real driving conditions.
How are the batteries reconditioned?
The battery modules are reconditioned through repeated charging and discharging cycles. This process helps restore usable capacity and balance the modules so the battery can perform better. Think of it as reorganizing your closet to make it neat and efficient to store your belongins.
Will a reconditioned hybrid battery improve my fuel economy?
In many cases, yes. A weak hybrid battery can reduce fuel economy because the gas engine has to work harder. With a properly reconditioned battery, many customers notice better fuel economy and improved hybrid system performance including performance.
Is installation included?
Yes. Installation is free at our location. Mobile installation is also available and starts at $100. The final mobile installation price depends on your location.
Do you keep my old hybrid battery?
Yes. Your old hybrid battery is kept as part of the sale. This helps us keep our prices low.
What if I want to keep my old battery?
You can keep your old battery, but a $300 core fee will be added to your total. This is because the old battery has value and is normally included as part of the battery exchange.
How should I care for my reconditioned hybrid battery?
The best way to care for your reconditioned battery is to drive your car regularly. Regular driving helps keep the modules charged and balanced. Do not leave the car sitting for more than 5 days.
Is it bad to let the car sit for a long time?
Yes. Letting a hybrid vehicle sit unused for long periods can be hard on the hybrid battery. Regular use helps maintain the battery’s charge and balance.
